Utsha Residency is a space where creative minds devoted to diverse disciplines come together to create, interact and reflect upon the complex discourses through their work. Exchange of techniques, experiences, and skills across the countries under the ambit of a facilitated residency is always useful in understanding the diversities in culture. Our Residency Programme is customised to support the specific needs of Artists working in multiple disciplines, from around the world.
Know MoreThe Projects moderated at Utsha are focused on Public/Community art practices and aims to develop a strong relation with the community. They instigate a communal space to conduct workshop-based works which further helps initiate dialogue exchange within the communities. They are an exercise in creating curatorial focused workshops and artists’ gathering in order to magnify the art production inclusive of Public/Community collaborations.

Know MoreLibrary Timings: 11 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday At Utsha, we have a constructive, publicly owned, free library system that is accessible to all age groups and backgrounds.Through such a system, we aim to address the crisis by bringing book access to communities in need. Library at Utsha, stores books, magazines mostly donated by organisations. At times they are bought by us, if required.
Know MoreUtsha plans to launch an Art Mentorship programme for young emerging contemporary artists. The Mentorship Programme will provide opportunities to advance the emerging artist’s professional development, learn about important issues in the field, share ideas and cultivate strong bonds with peers, and develop a working relationship with senior Mentors. The program’s goal is to advance the skills, experience and knowledge needed to flourish as an artist.
